LOCH GARBAD
Loch Gabard is a hill loch at the South end of the island accessed by a well made track. From the car park at Eas Mor, near Kildonan, the track winds steeply in places through the forest and open ground that takes around 40 minutes to walk. The loch is fly fishing only for Brown trout and is in a truly wild and remote location. There is a rough path around the loch which can be boggy in places. The information in the by-laws should be followed.
Season 15th March to 6th October
Fly fishing only.
